Dr. Sarmila Malla

Dr. Sarmila Malla is a physician specializing in Ayurvedic medicine and a yoga teacher from Nepal. She regularly serves as a lecturer at our center in Potsdam, where she supports Ayurveda training programs, Panchakarma retreats, and workshops. In her home country, she completed a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and pursued further training in areas including yoga and Panchakarma. Since 2025, Dr. Malla has been working in Ayurveda centers in Patan, where she primarily treats European patients. As a result, she is very familiar with the health concerns and challenges commonly experienced by people in the Western world.
